Bought a rope chain from you guys and a st Christopher pendant. I love it but it’s just abit to expensive for the weight of gold you get for it.

Ordered an expensive bracelet delivered next day.looked small so took it out to compare it with one I wear.it was put back and packed backup to send back…now told by hatton they are sending it back to me as it is out of shape and will not refund money .it must be so over priced as it must be so flimsy.if that was enough to bend it.

My order came securely in a timely manner. The one thing I would of been concerned about is if the bangle didn’t have a safety clasp then it would easily undo and fall off. Beautiful piece of jewellery though.
